Cancellation policy

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods or the last partial shipment.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement, e.g. by letter or email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You can use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

This does not apply to additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

We will bear the direct costs of returning the goods, provided the withdrawal has been exercised in a timely and effective manner.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Individually Manufactured Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

This applies in particular to individually manufactured or personalized products, e.g. articles with customer-specific design, desired text, name print, special dimensions, special color, customer's own motif, or comparable individual customization.

Normal stock items and non-personalized standard products are not covered by this exclusion.
