Shipping conditions
Partial Deliveries
Since some products are custom-made for you only after an order has been placed, goods will be shipped in several partial consignments, depending on availability. The delivery times specified in the respective article apply to the different partial consignments.
Delivery Times and Product Availability
Our products are manufactured, stored, and shipped differently depending on the item type. To help you better estimate when your order will arrive, we distinguish between stock products, batch products, pre-order products, and production on request.
Stock Products
Stock products are items that are already in stock and can be shipped directly. These include, for example, accessories, patches, flags, and certain clothing items.
Delivery time is usually 2 to 5 working days.
Batch Products
Batch products are items that we produce or have reproduced in specific production batches. These primarily include equipment items such as waist bags, magazine pouches, plate carriers, and selected clothing projects.
These products are usually produced with a short pre-order phase and a limited surplus. After production is complete, they are only available as long as the respective batch lasts. If a batch is sold out, the item will only be available again with the next batch.
After the pre-order phase and completed production time, delivery time is usually 2 to 5 working days.
Pre-Order Products
Pre-order products are only offered for the respective pre-order period and then produced according to the orders received. For these items, no additional surplus is usually produced.

Production on Request
Some items are only produced after an order or upon request. This currently includes certain shirt and hoodie models. In the future, this category may also apply to special or particularly complex items.
For shirts and hoodies produced on request, the delivery time is currently usually 3 to 7 working days.
For other products produced on request, the delivery time can be several weeks, depending on the item and production effort. The respective delivery time will be stated directly with the product if possible, or communicated as part of the request.
Notes on Delays
In exceptional cases, delays may occur, for example due to high demand, production delays, supply bottlenecks, or during particularly busy periods such as the Christmas season or promotional periods like "Black Friday".
If the delivery time of an order is significantly extended, we will inform you accordingly if possible.
Shipping Costs
I. Shipping within Germany
For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat shipping rate of €4.50 for stock products and €5.50 for products manufactured on request.
For orders over €100.00, the flat shipping rate is waived; delivery within Germany is free of charge.
II. Shipping to Austria, Switzerland and other EU member states
Shipping to Austria, Switzerland, and other EU member states is currently paused, with the exception of the Czech Republic.
For deliveries to the Czech Republic, we charge a flat shipping rate of €7.49 for stock products and €7.99 for products manufactured on request.
The reason for this is the ongoing review and implementation of country-specific requirements, particularly concerning packaging registration, system participation, extended producer responsibilities, customs clearance, and tax regulations.
Orders with delivery addresses outside Germany and the Czech Republic cannot currently be accepted or processed.
As soon as international shipping is available again, we will update the shipping conditions accordingly.
IV. Shipping to non-EU countries/North America
Currently, we do not process deliveries to non-EU countries or North America.
Returns and Return Shipping Costs
If you, as a consumer, duly and effectively exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will bear the direct costs of the return shipment.
Please contact us by email at info@trunkhogs.com before returning the item so that we can inform you about the next steps and provide you with a return label if necessary.
Please return the goods to us complete, undamaged, and in suitable packaging, if possible. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

Calculation of Delivery Date
The period for delivery begins, for payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution, or for other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded, and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
