Shipping conditions

Partial deliveries

Since some products are only made individually for you after you have placed your order, the goods will be sent in various partial shipments depending on availability. The delivery times specified for the respective article apply to the various partial shipments.

Delivery times

For items that are made to order, such as shirts and hoodies, you can expect delivery times of between 3 and 7 working days. For individual products such as our caps, you must expect shipping times of between 5 and 7 days, as these items are manufactured in other European countries (e.g. Spain or Latvia). In exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed, mainly during periods such as the Christmas season or promotions such as "Black Friday".

For items that we manufacture or purchase ourselves, such as flags, patches and equipment, you can expect shipping times of approximately 2-5 days.

Shipping costs

I. Shipping within Germany

For deliveries within Germany we charge a flat shipping fee of €3.99 for stock products and €3.50 for products that are manufactured on request.

For orders over 50€ the shipping fee is waived and we ship the goods free of charge .

II. Shipping to Switzerland and Austria

For deliveries to Switzerland we charge a flat rate of €5.99 , for deliveries to Austria a flat rate of €4.99 for products in stock. For both countries a flat rate of €3.50 applies for products made on request.

For orders over over 50€ the shipping fee is waived and we send the goods free shipping .

III. Shipping to the United Kingdom

For deliveries to the United Kingdom we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.99 , and for made-to-order products a flat rate of €5.99.

IV. Shipping to EU Member States

For deliveries to EU member states we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.99 , and for products made on request a flat rate of €4.50.

V. Shipping to Ukraine

For deliveries to Ukraine we charge a shipping fee of 6,99€ , for products made on request a flat rate of 8,99€.

VI. Shipping to North America

For deliveries to North America we charge a shipping fee of 8,99€ , for products made on request a flat rate of 11,99€.

Calculating the delivery date

The delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution in the case of advance payment or on the day after the contract is concluded in the case of other payment methods and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.
