Partial deliveries

Since some products are made to order, the goods will be shipped in several partial shipments depending on availability. The delivery times specified for each item apply to the different partial shipments.

Delivery times

For items made to order, such as shirts and hoodies, you can expect delivery times of 3 to 7 business days. For certain products, such as our caps, please allow 5 to 7 days for shipping, as these items are manufactured in other European countries (e.g., Spain or Latvia). In exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed, primarily during peak seasons like the Christmas holidays or special events like Black Friday.

For items that we manufacture ourselves or purchase, such as flags, patches and equipment, you can expect shipping times of approximately 2-5 days.

Shipping costs

I. Shipping within Germany

For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €3.99 for products in stock and €4.50 for products that are manufactured on request.

For orders over €75, the shipping fee is waived and we ship the goods free of charge .

II. Shipping to Switzerland and Austria

For deliveries to Switzerland , we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.99 . For deliveries to Austria , the flat rate is €4.99 for products in stock. For both countries, a flat rate of €4.50 applies to products made to order.

III. Shipping to the United Kingdom

For deliveries to the United Kingdom, we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.99 ; for products made to order, a flat fee of €5.99 applies.

IV. Shipping to EU Member States

For deliveries to EU member states, we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.99 ; for products manufactured on request, a flat fee of €5.50.

V. Shipping to Ukraine

For deliveries to Ukraine, we charge a flat shipping fee of €6.99 , for products made on request a flat rate of €8.99.

VI. Shipping to North America

For deliveries to North America, we charge a flat shipping fee of € 11.99 . For products manufactured on request, we charge a flat fee of €11.99.

Calculating the delivery date

The delivery period begins, in the case of payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank, or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded, and ends on the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized in the place of delivery, the next working day shall take its place.
